A stunning pair of Art Deco frosted glass bookends modelled as rams produced by Heinrich Hoffmann Glass and designed by Frantisek Pazourek. Both have significant damage, please see the condition description below and the photographs. They still display well but are damaged. Identifying Marks / Makers Marks. Age / date of manufacture. Produced during the 1930’s. Measure 6 3/4″ (17.25 cm) tall and are 5 1/2″ (14 cm) long. Both have significant damage. 1 has multiple chips from the clear crystal base but the frosted figure is in good condition apart from a couple of tiny chips from the centre of the horn on one side, and on the other a small chip to the step at the front and a tiny chip to the bottom of the “beard”. The other has more significant damage, the front corner is missing and there are chips on the clear crystal base. The frosted figure has a large chip from the horns on one side along with some tiny chips on the steps at the front and on the extremities of the back and the forehead.
