A very rare matching pair of vintage Deco exhaust tail pipe finishers from the 1930s. Modelled as hounds heads from cast aluminium alloy. In original, very good condition with some patination/wear as per images provided. Looks like never fitted/used for intended purpose, as no carbon deposit, all fixtures and fittings there.. Just bit of storage wear/deposit over the decades. Stamped with PROV PAT 36358-42 – researching info re, will update. Perfect for show or use as intended.. Also interesting as a Deco ornament/display purposes/book ends, maybe light fitting as a table light or wall sconce? Deco chrome on marble extending desk lamp not included.
