This pair of bookends depict a stylized nude woman in the Art Deco manner. The bookends are made of gold-colored metal and measure approximately 5 3/4 x 2 3/8 inches across the bottom and about 6 inches tall. The bookends are heavy, with each weighing nearly 3 1/4 pounds. Any spots in the photos are just camera flash glare. The bookends do not appear to be marked. Overall and other than as noted, these bookends are in excellent condition with no damage or problems. The bookends have developed a pleasing patina with age but potentially could use some polishing or cleaning if desired. The felt on the undersides of the bookends is worn and falling off.
