These gazelles are a seamless solid metal (not pot metal) which are attached to a solid double stone base. The top stone is an alabaster and the bottom stone is a black marble. Underneath the base is covered in the original green felt which is typical of this era. Great patina and exquisite attention to detail. This sculpture is in pristine condition with only a few extremely small, unnoticeable pits in the stone base.
