Offered for sale is a set of Ronson Art Metal Works elephant bookends of the Art Deco period, made in USA, probably circa 1930s. There is a “Ronson Art Metal Works” makers mark sticker on the bottom of one of the bookends (see photograph). Each elephant measures 7-1/2″ long x 5″ wide x 5 high. Each bookend is of cast metal construction with a dark bronze finish. The casting is of very high quality and shows a lot of detail. The original green felt covers the bottoms.
