Both pieces are etched with the artist signature, and are further marked “Etling, Paris, ” which is the fondeur. This are original pieces, not later (or contemporaneous) copies. They are made of solid bronze, mounted to black veined marble. The bookends measure 9″ tall, 8,5″ long, and 3 deep. Both pieces are in excellent condition.
