Vintage circa 1930 art deco bronze bookends, with Joyce Kilmer’s poem ” Trees ” in raised relief and art deco stylized trees on each side. It is this poem that is memorialized on these bookends. The bookends are 6 1/8 inches tall, with the base measuring 4 1/4 by 2 7/8 inches. The bookends are well-made with a fine patina and showing light age-related wear; could not find a maker’s mark.
