Art Deco/Arts and Crafts HEINTZ Bookends Leaves Sterling Silver over Bronze. Simple 90 angle of Copper front 5″ x 3″with a base 4″x3″ forms the wall of one of the 2 pieces of the bookend. The pair weights about 1.5 pounds. The face has a large branch of leaves and berries made of Sterling Silver over Bronze a technique that they patented in 1912. Engraved in the underside of the base in the information, including the number of the design, and the patent of the technique. In excellent condition, with semi-cleaned patina.
