Antique 1920’s Art Deco Egyptian Revival Bronze Clad bookends pair. Features a nude woman laying on a Sphinx and a pyramid. The overall condition is excellent on one the other is in good condition with two cracks in the bronze clad layer, the bookend has not been repaired and is still very sturdy, the crack in the metal does not effect its durability. I have taken close up pictures of the areas. They were made to look broken so this only adds to the piece. Again only one is damaged but still very useable. They are 7 1/2″ long, 7″ tall, 3 deep. They are quite heavy each one weighs almost 4 pounds, both have green felt bottoms, great patina, as pictured. Super rare authentic Antique Egyptian Revival Bookends, I have not seen another one with all three features the Sphinx, nude Lady and the pyramid!
